Unlike traditional cooling unitary products, this system can be installed by a qualified, licensed HVAC technician and comes with a parts-only warranty from the manufacturer. The system can cool and heat a room of 300-550 sq ft and features an INVERTER-driven compressor for quiet operation, as well as Blue Fin anti-corrosion treatment on the outdoor unit heat exchanger for increased coil protection and longer life. It offers a choice of fan speeds, including quiet, low, medium, high, and super high, with auto fan speed control included. Hot-start technology eliminates cold air rush at start-up or re-start after defrost, with automatic restart following a power outage. The system comes with a 25 ft line set and pad, but wires are not included.
